Team gymnastics is a new competitive program offered by Dynamats Gymnastics Center and features the opportunity for girls to compete in four events, synchronized as a group.

The training includes vault, the mini-trampoline, tumbling, and a group floor routine to music.

Group jump is the title for the portion of the event that consists of performances on three different apparatus: tumbling, vaulting, and mini-trampoline. The squad does two (2) passes on each apparatus.
