To order t-shirts, please fill out the form below and return it along with a check, made payable to Dynaparents. The shirts are $13.00. They can be purchased at the State meet for $16.00, but supplies will be limited.

T-Shirt order must be received before March 21st, 2008.  After that date your order may not be processed and your money refunded.

Faxed t-shirt orders will not be processed.  Payment must accompany the order.
