-
How do I sign up?You can sign up by filling out the registration form. You can hand it in at the office, along with payment for class and your annual insurance fee.
-
How can I schedule a free trial? All new students are offered a free trial class. Simply contact us to set one up. You can find all the ways to do that on our Contact Us page.
-
What class should my student try out/join?Our classes are both age and skill based. We suggest starting with your child's age to determine class selection, so long as your child has had no formal gymnastics training. If you are unsure which class to choose, we would be glad to help you.
-
How do class payments work?We operate our class programs on a monthly basis. Monthly class fees must be received by the 10th of each month. Should payment not be received by the 10th, a $5.00 late fee will be added to your monthly fee.
-
What types of payments do you accept? We currently accept cash, personal check, and credit card.
-
Are there any fees besides the class fees?A mandatory $35.00 insurance fee is required upon registration. This fee provides coverage from November 1st of our current billing year until October 31st of the following year. The payment is due by October 31 for the each year following.
-
What is your Class Cancellation policy? In the event of inclement weather, class cancellations will be announced on our website and Facebook page. When faced by the possibility of hazardous travel, please use your own discretion when deciding whether your child will attend class.
-
Do you offer class makeups? If your child misses a class for any reason (excluding our Holidays exception), you may make it up within three months of the missed class. You must contact us to schedule a makeup class. No financial credit is issued for missed classes.
-
Do you offer makeups for holiday closings?Holidays have already been considered when we set our class fees. As such we do not credit them or make them up.
-
What do I need to do if my child is done taking gymnastics classes? If your child is not returning to class the following month, please let the office know ASAP so that we are able to offer that spot to another child.
-
What if my child wants to return to classes after leaving? If your child wants to return to classes, please contact us. We cannot guarantee the same class time spot, but will work with you to accomodate your schedule.
-
How many kids are in each class? Our instructor to student ratio is generally one to eight. This varies at times. Please consider that even though our ratio is one instructor per eight children, this does not mean that all classes operate at this size.
-
What student behavior is expected? We expect students to arrive to class in a timely manner and to behave respectfully towards others and the facility. Dynamats reserve the right to ask any student exhibiting unacceptable behavior to leave the class.
-
What are the benefits of becoming a gym member?A gym member is someone who is enrolled in either our Recreational Class Program or Competitive Team. Gym members receive discounts on special events, such as Open Gym, Ninja Warrior, Drop and Shop, and Birthday parties.
-
What should my child wear to class?Your child should wear clothing that they are able to comfortably move in, such as shorts, leggings, shirts, or leotards. The clothing should not be too loose, because this can be a safety issue. No jeans are allowed for practice. Your child will need to be barefoot. It is also recommended that no jewelry is worn. Long hair should be pulled back into a bun, braid, or ponytail.
